Ingredients:

  • 1 oz honeydew melon , puree (put melon in the blender)
  • 1 1/2 oz tequila
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup (to make dissolve 1 part sugar in 1 part boiling water)

Directions:

  1. Shake all ingredients with ice, pour into a glass and garnish with melon balls.
  2. Salt on the rim is optional.
