Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp oil

Directions:

  1. In a large resealable bag, combine honey, vinegar, vanilla, paprika, dry mustard, pepper, salt and water. Add pork chops. Seal and marinate in refrigerator for 2 hours.
  2. Panfry pork chops in oil over medium heat until golden brown and no longer pink in center.
