Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. rhubarb...cut in pieces
  • 3/4 cup. of sugar
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg.....dash of salt
  • 2 tbsps. water
  • 1/2 cup. of honey
  • 5 slices of bread cut in cubes

Directions:

  1. Combine rhubarb, sugar, nutmeg, salt and water in a 10 x 6 x 1 1/2 baking dish.
  2. Blend melted butter, honey and bread cubes....spoon over rhubarb.
  3. Bake at 375 about 30 minutes or until topping is light golded brown.
  4. Makes 6 servings.
