Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 375*
  2. Beat together butter, peanut butter and honey
  3. Add 1/2 cup of the flour, the sugars, egg, baking soda, baking powder, and vanilla.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Beat in remaining flour
  6. If necessary, cover and chill dough till easy to handle.
  7. Shape dough into 1-inch balls on a cookie sheet. Flatten by crisscrossing with tines of a fork.
  8. Bake 7-9 minutes.
