Honey Glazed Carrots

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb carrotts cut on bias
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 cup chicken broth or intil carrots are just covered
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1 tsp honey
  • saly and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Melt butter, add onion and salt and pepper cook on med heat
  2. When onions are translucent add garlic
  3. Add carrots, thyme, honey and chicken broth
  4. Simmer until broth is reduced away and carrots are fork tender
  5. Serve immedately
