Honey-Chai Iced Tea

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups water
  • 4 tea bags
  • 1/4 cup honey

Directions:

  1. In saucepan over high heat, boil water.
  2. Add tea bags and let steep for 4 minutes.
  3. Remove tea bags and stir in honey.
  4. Let mixture cool for 10 minutes.
  5. Stir in vodka and pour into 4 ice filled glasses.
  6. Make it kid friendly: Omit the honey and vodka. After tea has cooled, combine in blender with 1 cup vanilla ice cream and 1 cup ice cubes. Blend until smooth.
