Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups self raising flour
  • 1/2 cup cornflour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Cream butter & sugar.
  2. Beat in egg.
  3. Add other ingredients and mix well into a soft dough.
  4. Take small portions of dough & place on a greased biscuit tray.
  5. Press flat with a floured fork.
  6. Bake in a pre-heated oven 180 deg Cel for 15 minute.
  7. Enjoy.
