Ingredients:

  • 3 cup whole milk
  • 1 1/2 cup buttermilk

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a medium pot. Bring to gentle simmer over medium heat. Simmer gently for a few minutes until solids rise to the surface. Turn off heat and cool for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Line a strainer over a bowl with cheesecloth. Use a slotted spoot to scoop solids into strainer then gently pour liquip over solids. Allow to drain for a few hours in the refrigerator.
