Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Use fresh blossoms; remove all green stems.
  2. Wash clover and rose petals throughly in cool running water;
  3. Drain well.
  4. Pat dry.
  5. Place in large metal bowl and set aside.
  6. In large heavy saucepan bring sugar, water and alum to a boil; stirring constantly.
  7. Boil without stirring until candy thermorther.
  8. Reaches 220 degree;.
  9. Remove from heat.
  10. Pour the above over clover and wild rose petals.
  11. Let stand 45 minutes.
  12. Pour through double thickness of cheesecloth;.
  13. Discard clovers and petals.
  14. Pour honey in jars.
  15. Store in fridge.
  16. Do not use chemically treated plants.
