Ingredients:

  • 1 garlic clove
  • 4 tbsp chili flakes
  • 100 ml water
  • 1 1/4 kg ground pork

Directions:

  1. In a blender, combine garlic, oregano, vinegar, crushed chillies and water. Blend until smooth.
  2. Place minced pork in a bowl and cover with the marinade; cover bowl and refrigerate 8 hours or all day. Refrigerate or freeze for future use.
