Homemade Chocolate Chip Cookies.

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup of shortening .
  • 1 cup of sugar .
  • 1 cup of brown sugar .
  • 2 eggs .
  • 2 tsp of vanilla .
  • 3 cup of flour .
  • 1 tsp of baking soda .
  • 1 tsp of salt .
  • 12 oz of chocolate chips. add extra if wanted.

Directions:

  1. Beat shortening, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until light and fluffy. After it's light and fluffy, combine flour, baking soda, and salt. And fold in chocolate chips.
  2. Grease cookie sheet.
  3. Bake at 375 degrees for 11 minutes.
  4. Let cool for one minute before served.
