Homemade Butterscotch Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup dark brown sugar , packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 2 cups milk

Directions:

  1. In a saucepan, combine sugar, flour, eggs, salt and milk.
  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture starts to bubble and thicken.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Blend in vanilla with a hand blender.
  5. Pour into dessert cups and chill.
