Ingredients:

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/3 cup molasses

Directions:

  1. Put sugar and molasses in mixer and using a paddle-type attachment, mix on medium speed for about 4 minutes, stopping to scrape the sides of the bowl occasionally.
  2. Voila, brown sugar.
