Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oil on stove top to 350
  2. Slice stick of cheese in half lengthwise
  3. Slice cheese halves in half again on the thinner side
  4. Slice each 1/4 of cheese into 4 equal pieces (Should have 16 sticks of cheese)
  5. Set up dredging station adding salt and pepper to flour
  6. Dredge in flour, egg, panko, egg and panko again
  7. Fry in batches until golden brown
  8. Serve with marinara for dipping.
