Ingredients:

  • 8 medium potatoes
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 milk
  • salt to taste

Directions:

  1. Cook potatoes in salt to taste water,When done drain potatoes.
  2. In a large bowl,mash potatoes.
  3. When all lumps are removed,add butter,milk.
  4. Beat well until light and fluffy.
