Ingredients:

  • non-stick cooking spray

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees
  2. Wash the potatoes and cut into fry-size pieces (this depends on what you view as a fry size, feel free to use your judgement)
  3. In a large pot, put in your potatoe slices and cover with water
  4. Bring to a boil and cook until almost fork tender (time will vary depending on sizes and amount)
  5. Drain your potatoes and lay out evenly on a greased baking sheet
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until the potatoes get a nice brown on top
  7. Flip over the potatoes and continue baking for an additional 5 minutes or until that side gets browned
  8. Sprinkle with salt immediately after removing from the oven
