Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Pour coconut milk into saucepan over med/high heat.
  2. Whisk in egg yolks, flour, syrup and almond extract.
  3. Stir occassionally until pudding begins to boil.
  4. Slowly add in coconut flakes.
  5. Stir gently and constantly while pudding is boiling for 10min. (don't hurt your arm, it's just to make sure the bottom doesn't stick or burn)
