Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl. Add tahini or other nut paste.
  2. Using fingers rub all ingredients together.
  3. Gradually add water in small amounts until it becomes a stiff dough .
  4. Form into a log.
  5. Cover completely with foil and refrigerate preferably overnight or at least 2 hours.
  6. Cut into 2cm rounds and enjoy.
