Another Donna Aston recipe from her book Body Business . Recipe does not include overnight refrigeration time (or at least 2 hours).
Ingredients:
50 g protein powder
25 g almond meal
25 g stevia
25 g cocoa powder
25 g dessicated coconut
1 tablespoon tahini paste
water
Directions:
1. Place all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl. Add tahini or other nut paste.
2. Using fingers rub all ingredients together.
3. Gradually add water in small amounts until it becomes a stiff dough .
4. Form into a log.
5. Cover completely with foil and refrigerate preferably overnight or at least 2 hours.
6. Cut into 2cm rounds and enjoy.
