Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Melt the butter in a microwave or on the stovetop. Add the salt, pepper, garlic, thyme and fresh lime juice to the butter. Reserve 1/3 of the butter to finish the dish.
  2. Using kitchen shears, cut through the top of each lobster tail shell from the large end to just above the tail.
  3. Gently pull the meat out, but leave the meat attached to the shell. Drop into a pot of boiling water and let cook for 1 minute.
  4. Take the tails out of the water and place in a bowl.
  5. Toss with the herbed butter until evenly coated. Place on medium high grill or broiler and cook for 2-5 minutes, turning occasionally.
  6. Remove and plate, drizzle a small amount of the reserved herbed butter on each tail and serve.
