Heavy Moist Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients:

  • 1 can pumkin
  • 3 cups sifted flour (3cup of that has already been sifted, sift again with spices)
  • 1 cup oil
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp cloves

Directions:

  1. - mix oil and sugar together
  2. - add eggs and can of pumkin
  3. - sift flour, baking soda and spices together in different bowl
  4. - mixer on low, add flour mix
  5. - put in tube pan
  6. -bake at 350 for about 1:10 min
