Directions:

  1. Combine pudding mix and milk then cook until mixture boils.
  2. Cool slightly then stir in sour cream.
  3. Chill thoroughly then split cake in 3 layers then spread chocolate mixture between layers.
  4. Cover top and sides of cake with whipped cream sweetened with confectioners sugar.
  5. Garnish with pistachios.
