Directions:

  1. Whisk together first three ingredients in a saucepan to combine. Whisk in milk and cream. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
  2. Cook 1 minute or until thick and bubbly.
  3. Remove from heat. Add peanut butter and milk chocolate. Stir until smooth.
  4. Top with peanuts.
