Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Take the two tortillas and spread the refried beans evenly on each one.
  2. Put the celery, tuna, mustard, and flax and mix lightly in a small bowl.
  3. On one side of the tortillas, put the tuna salad on each and fold gently like a big soft taco.
  4. Place the wraps on a hot non-stick pan and grill them until they are browned beautifully and the kitchen smells wonderful!
