Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat olive oil in large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add onions, celery, carrots, garlic to pot and saute for about 5-6 minutes.
  3. Add chicken broth, tomatoes, basil and marjoram to the vegetables.
  4. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and cook on medium heat for about 20 minutes or until carrots are tender.
  5. Puree vegetables in blender until smooth.
  6. Return to pot and add milk and pepper. (add salt to taste if you require more).
  7. Serve. You may garnish with fresh herbs or a dollop of sour cream.
