Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 1/4 cups oats
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Combine dry ingredients.
  2. Mix in olive oil, egg and milk.
  3. Add spices and salt.
  4. Add chocolate chips and nuts.
  5. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes.
  6. Enjoy!
