Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Drain and rinse black beans and white corn.
  2. Place in large mixing bowl.
  3. Add cilantro, green pepper, onion, tomatoes and jalapeno.
  4. Blend well.
  5. Drizzle canola oil and lime juice over the top of mixture.
  6. Add salt and garlic powder.
  7. Mix well.
  8. Cover and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
  9. Serve with baked tortilla chips.
