Healthier Caesar Salade Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup olive oil (use a very mild tasting oil the flavor is much better )
  • 1/2 cup light mayonnaise , you'll see with the consistancy of the sauce ((or more)
  • 3/4 tsp finely chopped garlic
  • 1 pinch parsley

Directions:

  1. Poor oil into a bol add in the mayonaise, mix well, it should be thick if it's too oily still add more mayonaise.
  2. Add in next 5 ingredients
  3. Let set in the fridge for a cupple of hours ( 24 hours is best )
  4. Then serve, and enjoy !
