Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Whisk together eggs, creamer and salt in pie plate or similar.
  2. Add a few of the croissants, and let sit in egg mixture on one side at least 1 minute, then flip and repeat.
  3. In heavy skillet, over medium heat, melt about 1/2T butter for each croissant you are going to fry at once. Work in batches and don't crowd them in the pan.
  4. Put the next batch of croissants in the egg mixture as above, while the first batch is frying. These should only take a couple of minutes each side to get a nice golden brown.
  5. Repeat with remaining croissants. You may have egg mixture left over, as croissants tend to not soak up the egg as much as other breads. That's okay!
  6. For Nutella Butter
  7. In small glass bowl, microwave together Nutella and butter, at about 15 second intervals, stirring well each time, and making sure not to over heat.
  8. Once butter is incorporated and texture is smooth and pourable, drizzle over finished toasts to serve.
  9. Sprinkle with a tiny bit of powdered sugar or powdered creamer, if desired.
