Hazelnut Cheesecake Supreme

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1/4 cup hazelnut liqueur
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped hazelnuts
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Combine crackers and nuts then stir in butter.
  2. Press mixture onto bottom and about 2 up sides of spring form pan then set aside.
  3. In large mixing bowl beat cream cheese, sugar, flour and vanilla.
  4. Add eggs and yolk all at once beating on low speed until combined then stir in liqueur.
  5. Pour filling into crust then place in shallow baking pan in oven.
  6. Bake at 375 for 50 minutes then cool on wire rack.
  7. Loosen sides of pan then cool 1 hour.
  8. Cover and chill at least 4 hours.
