Hawaiian Tea Bread

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter or margerine
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup smashed bananas
  • 1/2 cup crushed pineapple with juice

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. cream butter and sugar together. add all other ingredients one at a time and in order. mix until well blended.
  2. Place mixture in either muffin or loaf pan, about half way up. bake for up to 60 min or until done. let cool in pan for 15-30 min before cutting or serving
