  1. Marinate:.
  2. Combine all ingredients except beef steaks in non-reactive container and mix.
  3. Add beef; turn to coat.
  4. Cover and refrigerate 20 minutes to 2 hours.
  5. Turn steaks once during marination.
  6. Meanwhile make the Shiitake-And-Sweet Pepper Fried Rice (Shiitake-And-Sweet Pepper Fried Rice) and Pineapple-Plum Chutney (Pineapple-Plum Chutney) .
  7. For each serving:.
  8. Grill 1 beef steak to medium rare to medium doneness.
  9. Carve steak into 1/2-inch-thick slices.
  10. Heat 2 cups Fried Rice(Shiitake-And-Sweet Pepper Fried Rice) in saute pan.
  11. Mound rice in center of plate and arrange beef slices around rice.
  12. Garnish rice with 1/4 cup cilantro.
  13. Spoon 2 1/2 tablespoons Pineapple-Plum Chutney (Pineapple-Plum Chutney) over beef.
  14. Garnish beef with 1 teaspoon green onions, 1/2 teaspoon sesame seed and 2 kiwi slices.
