Hawaiian Banana Bread

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups chopped nuts
  • 1 (6 oz) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 cup butter

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Grease 10 inch tube pan or 9x5x3 inch loaf pan.
  3. Mix flour, salt and baking soda in large bowl.
  4. Beat butter, add sugar and beat.
  5. Add eggs and beat.
  6. Stir in bananas, pineapples and nuts; stir well.
  7. Pour in prepared pan and bake 65-70 minutes.
  8. Let cool before turning out.
