Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Saute green onion in 1/4 cup vegetable oil in shallow pan. Add thawed spinach and sauté until tender. Add 2 tablespoons lemon juice and salt. Set aside spinach mixture.
  2. Divide cooked Home Style hash brown into 4 serving plates. Top it with spinach mixture.
  3. Place 1 poached egg on top of spinach mixture.
  4. Place 2 pieces of cooked bacon on the side.
  5. Pour Knorr Hollandaise sauce on top.
  6. Garnish with asparagus and serve.
