Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Lightly brown meat and drain. Add veggies and continue cooking until wilted and meat is cooked through. Add tomatoes and sauce or V-8,
  2. Add oregano and basil
  3. Remove from heat and stir in 2 cups cheese and add pasta and adjust seasonings and add three or four dashes louisiana hot sauce.
  4. Place in casserole and bake with additonal cheese sprinkled on top until cheese is melted and casserole is bubbly.
