Halibut With Blood Orange and Fennel

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Season fish with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat 1 TBS Olive oil in a saute pan at medium high heat. Add fish and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until fish is cooked through.
  3. Combine oranges, fennel, lemon zest, and 1 TBS olive oil in non-metal bowl. Season with a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Serve with fish.
  4. Enjoy!
