  1. Place ground chicken in very hot skillet (do no crumble it like chili) you want some big pieces. When browned (the meat should have some color) remove from pan. Let pan cool a bit then add Pam and celery. Cook 5-7 minutes. While this is cooking in the mean time in a microwave proof bowl add Franks Hot Sauce, butter and Bleu Cheese microwave until butter is melted.
  2. Add chicken back into skillet then pour in the sauce. Stir until all meat is covered with sauce. Remove to bowl add crumbled Blue Cheese.
  3. Note: You can also mix all ingredients together except blue cheese bake on cookie sheet and add blue cheese crumbles on top to melt 2 minutes before done.
