  1. Peel avocados, remove seeds.
  2. Chop coarsley. place in blender container.
  3. Add lemon juice, onion, crushed garlic, salt, pepper, and chilies.
  4. Blend until smooth.
  5. Cover and chill thoroghly.
  6. Serve on bed of lettuce, garnish with tomato wedges and croutons.
  7. Or serve with chips.
