Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Add 1 tbs olive to pan and Saute onions and celery until onions are clear. Add ground turkey, boullion cube, and cook until turkey is cooked. Then add bran, red peppers, drained spinach, and bulgur or barley or brown rice. Heat through and serve.
  2. Serve on plate with Feta sprinkled on top.
