Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 cup 105-115 degree water
  • 375 g ap flour
  • 1 tbsp evoo

Directions:

  1. Stand mixer dough hook it all for 15 minutes. Let it double in size in greased/covered bowl 1-2 hours. Cut into 2-4 equal pieces. Roll into balls. Let dough rest for 1 hour. Rolling pin it into 1/16-1/8 thick discs.... grill em after coating in olive oil.
