Grilled Pancetta Wrapped Asparagus

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Toss trimmed thick asparagus with a little olive oil to coat. Wrap each spear with a thin 1/2 slice of pancetta. Sprinkle with a little bit of smoked paprika. Grill until pancetta is crisp and the asparagus is tender. Serve with a squeeze of lemon juice.
