Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 smallred chilli, finely chopped

Directions:

  1. Place mussels in pan of simmering water...remove mussels as shells open, discard any that do not.
  2. Open out mussels and loosen from shells ..return mussells to half shells.
  3. Combine lemon juice,garlic and chilli, spoon over mussels...place on tray and grill under medium heat until heated thru...sprinkle with parsley to serve
