Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat grill.
  2. Soak bamboo skewers in cold water for 30 minutes, or use metal skewers.
  3. In a blender whisk the first 8 ingredients.
  4. Pour into a large bowl and add shrimp, mix well.
  5. Grill 2-3 minutes per side.
  6. If you don't want to use skewers you can just add the shrimp to a grill basket.
