Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In large mixing bowl,cream butter,food coloring and shortening.
  3. Add eggs,cornstarch,mint extract,half the flour,sugars and soda.
  4. Beat until thoroughly combined,then add remaining flour and beat for approx 45 seconds.
  5. Stir in mint m&m's.
  6. Scoop by LARGE spoonfulls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
  7. Bake for approx 16 minutes.
  8. *Makes 15-16 large cookies*
