Green Tomato Salsa

Ingredients:

  • 1 giant serrano
  • 2 medium purple onions
  • 1/2 tsp pequen dust
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tsp comino
  • pinch of dill

Directions:

  1. Grill those onions and garlic until just barely black
  2. Roast the tomatoes in a skillet with olive oil whole
  3. Now process everything with all dry seasoning until desired consistancy..
