Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar , packed
  • 1/2 cup canola oil
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 3/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 cup icng sugar
  • 2 -3 tbsp green tea, cold

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F Lightly grease or line mini muffin pans.
  2. CAKE:.
  3. Beat eggs and sugars well. Add oil and honey, mix well,.
  4. Combine dry ingredients in a separate bowl. Add half of dry mixture to wet ingredients. Add cold tea and then remaining ingredients. Pour batter into prepared mini muffin pans.
  5. Bake in preheated oven 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into center of cake comes out clean.
  6. GLAZE:.
  7. When bites have cooled, combine icing sugar and green tea. Drizzle over bites.
  8. Use 4 teabags for stronger tea.
