Ingredients:

  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp clove
  • 1/4 tsp mace
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Mix and cook all ingredients until mangoes are tender. Pack into hot, sterilized jars and seal. Process in boiling water bather for canner 5 minutes.
