  1. Beat eggs
  2. Add all other ingredients and blend
  3. Pour into greased 9 X 13 baking dish
  4. Bake for 15 minutes at 400 degreese
  5. Reduce oven temp to 350 degreese and bake for 25 to 30 minutes longer
  6. Use your imagination and garnish with your favorite yummy topper, salsa, sour cream, guacamole.
  7. Enjoy
