  1. Cube the pork and brown with the onion.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer for two hours on low or until soft.
  3. Serve in a bowl with sour cream and or cheese as garnishes or wrapped in a flour tortilla. Eggs the next day are dynamite with this as a wrap.
  4. Hotter palettes can add some chopped jalapenos and green Tabasco like I do.
