Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook rice in beef broth according package directions for serving size; set aside.
  2. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add almonds; stir until lightly browned.
  4. Add the onion and bell pepper; cook for 2 minutes or until tender.
  5. Add rice beans, white pepper and tarragon.
  6. Stir until thoroughly heated. Serve.
